SAIL provides research support, editing, analysis assistance and scientific communication support. Services must not be used to fabricate data, falsify results, misrepresent authorship or bypass institutional/publication ethics.

Research files and client information should be used only for the agreed service purpose. Card data, CVV, UPI PIN and banking passwords are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored by this static website.

Scope, timeline, deliverables and payment are based on the requirement reviewed and accepted by SAIL. Scope changes may require a revised quotation or timeline.

Refund eligibility depends on the agreed service stage, work already completed, third-party charges where applicable and the specific quotation/communication issued for the project.

Clients should retain the SAIL reference ID, Razorpay payment ID or UPI UTR for reconciliation and support.
